قرر الجهاز الفني لمنتخب مصر بقيادة حسام حسن استبعاد نجم طرابزون سبور التركي وقائد المنتخب محمد صلاح من المباراة القادمة أمام جنوب السودان، المقررة (الثلاثاء) القادم، ضمن منافسات الجولة الثانية من التصفيات المؤهلة إلى كأس الأمم الأفريقية 2027.
سبب استبعاد صلاح
وذكر الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم في بيان رسمي أن الجهاز الفني لمنتخب مصر اتفق مع صلاح قبل مباراة أنغولا على عدم خوض مباراة جنوب السودان، حفاظاً عليه بسبب أرضية الملعب «الترتان».
استبدال مفاجئ
وعلى الرغم من أن منتخب مصر يضم بين صفوفه حمزة عبد الكريم الذي يلعب في صفوف برشلونة، وعمر مرموش، المعار من مانشستر سيتي إلى توتنهام، فإن إراحة صلاح فقط من المباراة القادمة تفتح باب التساؤلات، خاصة أن قائد المنتخب المصري ظهر عليه الغضب بعد استبداله المبكر أمام أنغولا.
وأكد حسام حسن أن استبدال محمد صلاح جاء لأسباب فنية، وفقاً لمتطلبات وسير المباراة.
تعادل محبط
وسقط منتخب مصر في فخ التعادل السلبي أمام أنغولا، أمس (الجمعة)، على استاد القاهرة الدولي، ضمن منافسات الجولة الافتتاحية من التصفيات الأفريقية.
The technical staff of the Egyptian national team, led by Hossam Hassan, has decided to exclude the Turkish Trabzonspor star and team captain Mohamed Salah from the upcoming match against South Sudan, scheduled for next Tuesday, as part of the second round of the qualifiers for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations.
Reason for Salah’s Exclusion
The Egyptian Football Association stated in an official statement that the technical staff of the national team agreed with Salah before the Angola match not to participate in the South Sudan game, in order to protect him due to the “tartan” pitch.
Surprising Substitution
Although the Egyptian national team includes Hamza Abdel Karim, who plays for Barcelona, and Omar Marmoush, who is on loan from Manchester City to Tottenham, the decision to rest Salah from the upcoming match raises questions, especially since the Egyptian captain showed signs of anger after being substituted early against Angola.
Hossam Hassan confirmed that Mohamed Salah’s substitution was for technical reasons, according to the requirements and flow of the match.
Disappointing Draw
The Egyptian national team fell into the trap of a goalless draw against Angola yesterday (Friday) at the Cairo International Stadium, as part of the opening round of the African qualifiers.
