أعلن روما الإيطالي، اليوم (الجمعة)، رحيل مستشار النادي كلاوديو رانييري، وذلك بعد خلافه مع مدرب الفريق جيان بييرو غاسبيريني.
وقال النادي في بيان عبر حساباته الرسمية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي: «يُعلن نادي روما انتهاء العلاقة التعاقدية مع السيد كلاوديو رانييري، الذي شغل منصب مستشار النادي».
وأضاف البيان: «يتقدم النادي بخالص الشكر والتقدير للسيد رانييري على ما قدمه من جهود كبيرة خلال فترة توليه المسؤولية، حيث أسهم بخبراته في مرحلة بالغة الصعوبة، وستظل مساهماته محل تقدير دائم داخل أروقة النادي، ومع التطلع إلى المرحلة القادمة، يؤكد النادي أن مساره واضح، مستنداً إلى أسس راسخة وقيادة قوية ورؤية محددة المعالم، مع بقاء مصلحة نادي روما في المقام الأول دائماً».
تجديد الثقة في غاسبيريني
وجاء في البيان: «كما يُعرب النادي عن ثقته الكاملة في المدرب جيان بييرو غاسبيريني لقيادة الفريق خلال المرحلة القادمة، وذلك في إطار هدف مشترك يتمثل في التطور المستمر وتحقيق النتائج التي تليق بتاريخ النادي».
سبب خلاف رانييري وغاسبيريني
وكان رانييري قد صرح قبل أسبوعين بأن غاسبيريني كان الخيار الرابع لتدريب روما، بعد اعتذار ثلاثة مدربين عن قيادة الفريق، وهو ما أدى إلى توتر العلاقة بين الطرفين، ما دفع إدارة النادي إلى المفاضلة بينهما للمضي قدماً، بحسب ما ذكره موقع «فوتبول إيطاليا».
Italian club Roma announced today (Friday) the departure of the club’s advisor Claudio Ranieri, following his disagreement with the team’s coach Gian Piero Gasperini.
The club stated in a statement via its official social media accounts: “AS Roma announces the end of the contractual relationship with Mr. Claudio Ranieri, who held the position of club advisor.”
The statement added: “The club extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Ranieri for his significant efforts during his tenure, as he contributed his expertise during a very challenging period, and his contributions will always be valued within the corridors of the club. Looking forward to the next phase, the club confirms that its path is clear, based on solid foundations, strong leadership, and a well-defined vision, with the interest of AS Roma always remaining the top priority.”
Renewed Confidence in Gasperini
The statement continued: “The club also expresses its full confidence in coach Gian Piero Gasperini to lead the team during the upcoming phase, as part of a shared goal of continuous development and achieving results that befit the club’s history.” 
Reason for the Disagreement Between Ranieri and Gasperini
Ranieri had stated two weeks ago that Gasperini was the fourth choice to coach Roma, after three coaches declined to lead the team, which led to a strained relationship between the two parties, prompting the club’s management to choose between them to move forward, according to what was reported by “Football Italia.”
